Hazel Grove Web - An interactive website and comprehensive guide
to Hazel Grove community and business activities in the town
- this is a lovely site - they aim to see the restoration of
the canals within Daisy Nook Country Park, the re-connection of Daisy
Nook with the Ashton Canal and the creation of a new canal link through
to the Rochdale Canal. Photos of the canal route make interesting reading
for people who know the area.
-"second-hand superstore" in Mossley, you will find two
large floors packed with things for sale, including furniture, household
goods, electrical appliances and bicycles. The shop is open every
day except Sunday. We also have a huge bric-a-brac room including
books and clothing.
You will find our prices very reasonable. We have our own workshops
where items are repaired if necessary and electrical goods are checked.

Stockport - places to visit
Bramall Hall, the Air Raid Shelters, Stockport Museum and Vernon
Park, the simple yet beautiful Chadkirk Chapel, the Town Hall and
the magnificent neo-classical Art Gallery
council website (Although it wasn't working 13th March 05 when
Hat Museum - sadly its not free to visit the museum, but the
site is quite interesting.
|Theer are loads of charity shops in Stockport too! Well worth a
mooch for some bargains!
