photo was taken in 2004 - I was walking past one morning on my way to
Morrisons when I noticed the boats - I took it with my mobile phone camera.
This was taken from the bridge over Hollinwood Avenue near Morrisons.
Chadderton touches borders with Manchester - its next to New Moston.
Chadderton is an urban district of Lancashire, England, within the parliamentary
borough of Oldham (q.v.). Pop. (1901) 24,892. Cotton and chemical works,
and the coal-mines of the neighborhood, employ the large industrial population.
